Leveraging China’s ever-increasing investment in innovation, the mission, taking place from 14th-18th October, aims to initiate partnerships with China for UK creative sectors. Design is being recognised as a powerful enabler by Chinese companies who want to make the transition from suppliers of manufactured components to innovators with global branding.
The mission will connect UK designers and creative innovators with their Chinese counterparts across target market sectors such as the creative economy, advanced manufacturing, future cities, sustainability and digital healthcare, and discuss with potential partners to promote UK expertise, attract inward investment and exploit commercial opportunities in China’s growth markets.
